AccessAbility and Inclusion rooms

The Bundoora Library AccessAbility and Inclusion rooms are available to eligible students registered with AccessAbility and Inclusion.

You can book rooms in up to three hour blocks, Monday to Friday 10 am – 4 pm. Contact Library staff for bookings, feedback or support.

Visit Library staff in the Help Zone on Level 1 to collect the room access card at your scheduled booking time.

Online Learning Zone

The Online Learning Zone is designed specifically for you to participate in online classes. Inside, you’ll find PCs equipped with webcams and study spaces for your own device.

We ask that you wear your headphones so others can enjoy a similar experience. The Online Learning Zone is located on Level 2 of the Melbourne (Bundoora) Library.

Bendigo

Individual study spaces

Individual study desks for private study are located on Level 3. Couches and easy chairs for relaxed reading are located on Level 2 and 3.

Group study spaces

Group tables

Group tables are located on Level 2. When weather permits, the Level 2 balcony is open to students. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum.

Online Learning Rooms

There are two Online Learning Rooms on Level 2 available to La Trobe University students only. These rooms are equipped with wall-mounted screens and cameras with wireless connectivity. These rooms are available for individual use.

You must bring your own device.

General conditions of use

  • The maximum capacity of each room is one person.
  • Rooms can be used for a maximum of two hours at a time.
  • The Library takes no responsibility for personal items left in the rooms.
  • Rooms must be left clean.

Albury-Wodonga

Individual study rooms

Bookings for the four individual study rooms can be made at the Information Desk. You may use these rooms for up to two hours.

  • All Individual study rooms have access to a large monitor. You may book these rooms.
  • Individual Study Room 1 contains an additional computer with specialised equipment for people with disabilities. Students with a disability are given priority.
  • A group study space is available on Level 1. It operates on a first come, first served basis. It contains no monitors or other equipment.

General conditions of use

  • Library rooms are in high demand so do not overbook.
  • Please cancel your booking if you no longer require the room.
  • The Library takes no responsibility for personal items left in the rooms.
  • Rooms must be left clean.
  • The Library has the right to cancel consecutive bookings made by one group on any given day.
  • Food is not to be consumed in any of these areas.
  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off.

Shepparton

The Library provides tables and computers for individual and group study.

Mildura

The Library provides individual study carrels, open area tables and meeting rooms for group assignments.
