We pair your organisation with multi-disciplinary or specialist student teams to unpack and solve your business challenges and create innovative solutions.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A 12-week program connecting La Trobe University student teams with organisations seeking new business or technology solutions.
Student teams are drawn from either:
- Multidisciplinary areas
- Computer science and information technology
Our highly capable student teams apply their knowledge to develop best-practice solutions for your business that demonstrate functionality, usability, reliability, and performance.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), all projects will contribute to positive environmental, social, and economic change.
Each project is supported by a dedicated La Trobe University Academic Supervisor/ Coordinator and a Project Manager, ensuring progress and consistency.

No monetary cost for participating organisations.
Ownership of all IP is assigned to your organisation.
Organisations will receive a project specific solution, technology, tools or detailed report outlining actionable recommendations and innovative approaches.
Mentoring of students, for workplace leaders and future-managers.
Identify top graduates and build a talent pipeline.
YOUR COMMITMENT
- Project Brief: Provide a real-world industry challenge, refined into a detailed project scope with our academic team.
- Induction Day: Attend a half-day workshop to meet your student team(s) and discuss the project brief.
- Pitch Day: Attend a half-day workshop to hear student teams present their solutions.
- Regular Meetings: Participate in four 1-hour meetings (every 3 weeks) with students and the academic supervisor to discuss progress and milestones.

There are multiple intakes per year.
