For students

We want to do everything we can to support you during this uncertain time. Our Student FAQs for COVID-19 page is updated frequently so you can stay informed.

If you need support at any time, we’re here for you. Get in touch with ASK La Trobe or the University’s Health and Wellbeing services, which you can find more information on below. We’re all in this together.

Health and Safety Procedure: COVID-19 vaccination

All students, staff and visitors are now required to be fully vaccinated (or hold a valid medical exemption) to attend our campuses. Please upload your proof of vaccination to StudentOnLine and add your digital vaccination certificate to the Service Victoria app.

If you attend campus without successfully providing your vaccine status (via the COVID-19 Vaccine Status Form) you will be in breach of the Health and Safety Procedure - COVID-19 Vaccination and you may experience one or more of the following sanctions:

  • You will receive an administrative sanction that will result in you being restricted from enrolling in subjects in future study periods.
  • If you are currently enrolled in on-campus subjects, your enrolment will be withdrawn.
  • You will not be able to attend campus to access facilities or participate in any on-campus events.
  • You may be referred to a University disciplinary process for general misconduct.

You are not permitted to attend campus or face-to-face classes until you upload valid proof of vaccine status.

Note: If you are attending clinical settings or work placements in healthcare facilities you need to provide proof you have had your third dose or scheduled booster. For more information see:
