Students taking notes from laptop When things that once sparked joy become dull and tedious, you might be experiencing burnout. Don't worry - our student-run workshop is here to help. We'll guide you in identifying the signs and symptoms of being overwhelmed and burnt out. Our Peer Learning Advisor presenters will demonstrate effective strategies to recover from burnout and provide practical techniques to prevent it from happening again in the future.
