About us

For many years, La Trobe University has provided student-led allied services in podiatry, speech pathology, orthoptics and audiology. The new La Trobe Health Clinic, opening in 2026, will continue to support the health needs of our local community and train the next generation of allied health professionals. The clinic is part of La Trobe University’s commitment to improving access to healthcare and responding to growing demand for allied health services.

A key focus of the La Trobe Health Clinic is supporting people to access affordable healthcare. At the same time, the clinic provides valuable hands-on learning opportunities for students, helping to build a skilled and compassionate future health workforce.
