Referral form
You can also complete our online referral form and we will get back to you regarding an appointment.
General enquiries
In most cases, no referral is needed to access our services. Some speech pathology services do require a referral - please refer to the speech pathology page for details.
Yes, we offer Telehealth for some services. Check out our services pages for details on telehealth options.

Yes, free parking is available onsite. Limited parking spaces are available at the front of the building (Kingsbury Drive side), with additional parking in designated bays in Car Park 9.
Accessible parking is available at the front of the La Trobe Health Clinic, and accessible bays are also available at all clinic sites. Please let us know when booking if you require additional access support.

Fees and pricing
All our services follow the below fee schedule:

Please note: We only accept card payments, no cash.
- Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
- Student-led services are not eligible for Medicare, TAC, WorkCover, or private health insurance rebates.
- We are unable to provide services under NDIS at this time.
A valid concession card must be presented at the time of your first appointment to receive the concession rate.
Some services may incur an additional fee for consumables, products, or specialist services. A student or health professional will discuss any additional costs with you at your appointment before payment.
