General enquiries
If you’ve graduated from a La Trobe University degree, you’re officially a La Trobe alum – congratulations! There’s no need to register or apply.

Unfortunately, La Trobe do not currently offer email accounts to our alumni at this time.
Student email access is deactivated after graduation. We recommend updating your contact email so we can stay in touch.

Transcripts, testamurs, and other documents
If you’ve completed your degree, you can order a digital academic transcript or replacement testamur via My eQuals.
Your transcript will be sent to your personal email within five university working days. If you're about to graduate, you don’t need to order your testamur! You'll receive a free digital transcript once your final results are released.

If you should have any further questions regarding your transcript/testamur you will need to contact ASK La Trobe.
If you need written notification or confirmation of details about your current or past studies at La Trobe University, you can request an official letter.
You can instantly verify the qualifications of a La Trobe graduate from within the last 10 years
Visit the Award verification website to access the search and verify an award.
If the award you need to verify is over ten years old, or is unsuccessful, please get in contact with Academic Services and the team will confirm and verify the student's academic qualification as requested.
Graduation & Academic Dress
ASK La Trobe are best placed to assist with graduation enquiries.
Please note should you wish to use the ASK a Question Online option the form also requires a student email address. If you no longer have access to your student email you can use a personal email address.
You will need to contact La Trobe’s graduation provider, Reed Graduations directly to discuss the purchase of academic dress.

Library and Career Support
Yes! Alumni have free lifetime access to physical campus libraries and a range of selected digital resources.
