Student perspectives sought on AI in higher education

La Trobe students are invited to participate in an international research project examining student and staff perspectives on AI in higher education.

The project is led by Dr Alison Purvis at Sheffield Hallam University, with Shahin Rahimi-Golkhandan as the La Trobe University investigator.

The survey is collecting responses from students and staff across multiple institutions and countries. La Trobe will receive its own institution-specific data after the survey closes, which can help inform local discussions, policy and practice relating to AI in learning, teaching and assessment.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. The survey will be open until 1 June 2026.
