Get organised for the year ahead by enrolling in your 2027 subjects now. Enrolling for the full year means one less thing to remember later.
You can enrol in your subjects through StudentOnLine. If your plans change, you can adjust your study plan later if needed, subject to late enrolment requirements.
What subjects should I choose?
Start with the Handbook for the year you commenced your course:
- Check your course structure in the University Handbook.
- Identify the core subjects you need to complete.
- Write down the subject codes for the core and elective subjects you want to take. Make sure you’re selecting subjects at the correct year level – the year level is the first number in the subject code.
- If you need electives, browse the Handbook.
- Make sure you enrol full-time to complete your course in the expected timeframe.
- Enrol in subjects for the full year so you don’t need to come back and enrol again later.
How do I enrol?
To enrol, follow our Steps to enrolment/re-enrolment in StudentOnLine FAQ.
You can also watch our StudentOnLine video tutorials for help navigating the system.
What if I’m finishing my studies?
If you’re completing your course and expect to be eligible to graduate, check that your contact details are correct in StudentOnLine. This will help our Graduations team keep in touch with you about your graduation ceremony!
What if I get stuck?
If you need a refresher on using StudentOnLine to enrol, you can check out our Steps to enrolment/re-enrolment FAQ.
If you need help troubleshooting any issues, you can follow along with our Can’t enrol in StudentOnLine guide.
Still can’t enrol? Check for sanctions
Sanctions on your account will usually prevent you from enrolling. Common causes include unpaid fees or library fines.
To check for sanctions:
- Log in to StudentOnLine
- Select My Details
- Select Sanctions from the left-hand menu
