La Trobe University is teaming up with La Trobe Sport and the Carlton Football Club to bring international students a uniquely Melbourne experience: AFL Game Day at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
Start by joining the priority list
Before tickets open, students are invited to join the AFL Priority List. This gives you early access to tickets and helps secure your spot at this highly sought-after event.
Places are limited, so signing up early is the best way to avoid missing out.
A beginner-friendly experience
If you’ve never been to an AFL game before, don’t worry – this event is designed with you in mind. Think of it as more than just a match. It’s a chance to experience Melbourne culture, connect with other students, and try something new.
You’ll be part of a La Trobe student group, so you won’t be attending alone. Before the game, you’ll also be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group, making it easy to meet others and stay connected.
