Specialised computers and equipment
The Equity and Access Room computers on level 1 have software that will enable you to:
- convert scanned documents to audio files
- translate written text into speech via JAWS text-to-speech screen reading software
- scan and read printed documents using Omnipage Professional
- access the internet and print
- magnify reading material onto an LCD screen.
Two Sharp EL640 talking calculators can be borrowed from the Inquiry Desk.

The library is located on the 1st floor of the TAFE McLean building (fronting Fryers Street). There is a lift in the TAFE Cowley building. Walk through the McLean building to Cowley; take the lift to the 1st floor, turn right from the lift and use the covered walkway to access the library.Mildura
