Community planting day – Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary
Get your hands dirty and contribute to the care of one of the oldest habitat restoration projects in Australia, the Nangak Tamboree Eco Corridor. This eco-corridor connects the Sanctuary from the Gresswell Habitat Link and Gresswell Forest to our north, through the La Trobe University Melbourne (Bundoora) campus to Darebin Creek in the south.
Join the Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary’s land management team and help diversify habitat by weeding, planting and direct seeding local indigenous plant species.
