Career Ready Advantage™, available on CareerHub, is designed to help you actively prepare for your life beyond your degree. It’s co-designed with industry to help you develop the skills and personal attributes employers have told us they want.
To achieve each Career Ready Advantage Award you need to complete four Professional Learning activities, three Practical Experiences and two Career Portfolio items. LinkedIn Learning courses are recognised as Professional Learning activities and can also provide you with the skills and knowledge to develop effective Career Portfolio items
We’ve also curated several collections of courses that tap into the skills employers told us are important. You can access these via CareerHub. Each completed course can count towards achievement of a Career Ready Advantage Award.
Add your LinkedIn Learning Certificate of Completion as evidence of your activity to your Career Ready Advantage Award.
Celebrating Success
Post completed LinkedIn Learning courses and new skills to your LinkedIn profile and share them with your network. Once you’ve completed a course, you can add your certificate of completion and the skills associated with that course to your profile. Choose either of these approaches:
- Click your profile menu.
- Click Learning History.
- Click More and you can choose to add to your profile, download the certificate of completion, or share via social media.
