AgriBio Student Society The AgriBio Student Society is an organisation for all students in the AgriBio building with flexible purposes. AgriBio contains many students with a variety of science backgrounds and at differing stages of their qualifications. ABSS aims to bring together new and like-minded students through social events and provide opportunities for networking, career development, and building relationships. We also operate as a support network for any student who should need it. La Trobe Rural Health Club (LARHC) The La Trobe Rural Health Club was founded in 1997. We are based at La Trobe in Bendigo but encompass all La Trobe University Campuses. LARHC provides an avenue for students to discover their potential through academic and social opportunities. LARHC also increases student health awareness and prepares them for future careers in rural & remote practice. All students undertaking a health-related course or who interested in rural and remote health are encouraged to join our Rural Health Club. Currently, we have members from La Trobe University across all campuses, and a range of disciplines including Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Oral Health, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Public Health, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Paramedics, Dietetics, Podiatry and Health Sciences. |
