Submit a formal review

If a casual pay claim is not resolved through the initial process, a former casual staff member may escalate their claim through a formal review.

To do so, please gather evidence supporting your claim and complete the 'Request for a Formal Review of Casual Pay Claim' form below.

Submit the completed form by emailing it to casual.pay.adjustment@latrobe.edu.au.

The University will, as far as reasonably practicable, make a decision on the escalation within 30 days of receiving your claim.
