Support Greek language

The Greek Community of Melbourne and Victoria has long supported the teaching of the Modern Greek language at La Trobe University, including through a generous bequest by the late Mr Anastassios Vassilogiannis.

Following the COVID crisis and its impact on Universities, the Greek Community asks for your support today to maintain Modern Greek at La Trobe University and attract new students to this important area of study to make the course sustainable.

100 per cent of your donation will go directly to support the costs of teaching the Modern Greek language at La Trobe University*.

*Any surplus will be used to provide additional support such as scholarships and bursaries to students of Modern Greek. Donations over $2 are tax deductible in Australia.
