Counselling and wellbeing support where you study

Studying at one of La Trobe’s regional campuses now means access to student wellbeing support right where you are. Support is available on campus and in person, alongside online and external options when required.

Speak with a wellbeing professional

Each regional campus has a dedicated Student Wellbeing staff member available to meet with you face to face. They offer confidential counselling and supportive conversations to help you talk through what you’re experiencing and consider your next steps.

Connected support options

If you’re unsure where to begin, your campus wellbeing staff member can be a first point of contact. Your local wellbeing staff member can help connect you to the broader range of La Trobe Student Wellbeing and mental health services, including remote support and referrals to external services where appropriate.
