The Schedule of current assessment grades and administrative codes contains all letter grades (and their scores) along with administrative codes.
Of course, the one important addition to these codes from 2020 is the ‘V’ grade. If you unsuccessfully attempt a subject during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. you enrolled in a subject and fail due to your grades) a fail result will not be recorded on your transcript and your course Weighted Average Mark (WAM) will not be affected.
If this happens to you, instead of a fail grade you will see ‘V – No result recorded due to extenuating circumstances’ on your transcript and no numerical grade will be recorded.
Common administrative codes include:
|** (Missing Result)||If you are unsure why you have a missing result, contact your Subject Coordinator.|
|KN (Withdrawn late)||If you withdraw from a subject after the ‘Last withdraw without fail date’ you may receive a KN grade (counts as a fail). The ‘Last withdraw without fail date’ is usually around 4 weeks after census date – check the exact date on the Census dates webpage.|
