Access Wellbeing support to help you thrive at uni

University is more than lectures and assignments – it’s a community where everyone deserves equal access to opportunities, resources and support.

Social equity is about creating fairness by recognizing that students have different needs and experiences. It’s not just treating everyone the same; it’s ensuring that each person gets the support they need to thrive.

We believe that social equity means breaking down barriers whether they’re financial, cultural, health-related, or social so you can focus on your studies and wellbeing. If you ever feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn, there are services designed to help you feel supported and included.

With so many programs and supports on offer at La Trobe University, it can be overwhelming! Thankfully, there are a team of Wellbeing staff whose job it is to link you to the right team.
