Did you complete a Career Ready Advantage Award this semester?
The Employability team will be sending out e-certificates shortly and adding your Career Ready Advantage Award to your academic transcript.
Make sure you note your CRA Award – Silver, Gold or Platinum on your resume as this is a great way to show employers you are taking active steps to build your employability and that you are Career Ready.
You can attach your e-certificate to your LinkedIn profile to highlight your achievement and ensure you are seen as a Career Ready future professional by graduate recruiters and all your other connections. You might also include a LinkedIn post about the activities you undertook to achieve your Career Ready Advantage Award as this is a great way to promote your professional development.
Of course, if you have completed your Career Ready Advantage Award – Silver this semester, don’t stop there! Make sure you go on to achieve Gold and Platinum as developing your employability skills is a lifelong part of effective career management.
