Share your feedback on University policies

The Bulletin Board on our Policy Library is where the University posts recently approved policies and draft documents that are open for consultation. This gives you a chance to see any policies that are being updated and share your feedback.

When a draft policy is open for comment, you can read the proposed changes and submit feedback directly using the comment boxes. Once submitted, your comments go straight to the Policy Author for consideration before the document is finalised.

Student Complaints Management Policy

Open for comments until Friday 13 March 2026

This policy outlines how students can raise a complaint and how the University manages, investigates and responds to complaints. It has been updated to ensure it aligns with with the TEQSA Statement of Regulatory Expectations: Student grievance and complaint mechanisms. The changes generally ensure that the complaints process is accessible, trauma-informed and that students receive more comprehensive information about the investigation of their complaint and its outcomes.
