The Bulletin Board on our Policy Library is where the University posts recently approved policies and draft documents that are open for consultation. This gives you a chance to see any policies that are being updated and share your feedback.
When a draft policy is open for comment, you can read the proposed changes and submit feedback directly using the comment boxes. Once submitted, your comments go straight to the Policy Author for consideration before the document is finalised.

This draft policy outlines how access to campus spaces works and what’s expected of anyone using University facilities. This policy applies to all University premises and facilities, and to anyone who enters or uses them – including staff, students, affiliates, contractors and visitors.
Timetabling of Teaching and Learning Space Policy
Open for comments until 10 February 2026
This policy sets out how the University achieves coordinated and consistent practices for the timetabling of teaching activities. It applies to all staff and students and covers all teaching spaces on any La Trobe campus.
