From Monday 31 July 2023, there will be changes to the operating hours of the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Service Desk at the La Trobe University City Campus.
From 31 July, the I&O Service Desk will operate from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. These hours will align the City Campus Service Desk with the service desks at the Melbourne (Bundoora) and Bendigo campuses.
How does this impact you?
If you primarily study at the City Campus, please ensure you have an active Student ID Card. You will need your Student ID Card to access the City Campus before 8 am and after 5 pm.
If you don’t have a student card, you can apply for one online.
Borrowed library books, laptops and other IT equipment will be available for pickup between 8 am to 5 pm. A secure drop box will be available after hours to return the borrowed items.
