What makes a strong submission

- Use natural light where possible
- Keep the subject clear and in focus
- Ensure your phone camera is clean and not blurry
- Capture genuine moments rather than overly staged shots
- Take multiple options and choose the best one
Creating videos
- Film in vertical format for social media
- Keep clips short and steady
- Make sure audio is clear
- Don’t over edit your video, the simpler the better
