Do you like Fungi? Are you looking for something to do during breaks?
Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary has kits you can borrow to do a Fungi Foray. This is a great little DIY citizen science project that you can contribute to anytime during our opening hours.
It can take 5mins or many hours – it just depends how long you want to do it for!
No experience is necessary. Just visit the sanctuary nursery and ask to borrow a fungi foray kit.
You will also need to bring your phone or a camera along to record what species you find. It’s easy!
