London Chapter
The London Alumni Chapter was launched in 2018, with the aim of bringing together La Trobe alumni from across the United Kingdom. The Chapter supports La Trobe graduates living in London (and beyond) and encourages the pursuit of lifelong learning.

Any alumnus (graduate) based in the United Kingdom is welcome to join the Chapter Committee as well as attend Chapter events and activities.

Chair: Christian Wright
Christian graduated from La Trobe in 2008 with a graduate entry Bachelor of Laws, having gained a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Melbourne in 2005.
Christian relocated to London in 2009 after qualifying as a solicitor at a top tier law firm in Melbourne. He spent nine years working for one of the world’s top 10 universities, enabling academically-lead research and innovation with corporates, government bodies, charities, universities and philanthropists around the world. Christian is currently director of contracts at a US fintech firm that delivers commerce-enabling solutions to financial institutions across the globe.
Christian is proud to have been an International Alumni Ambassador for La Trobe since 2018, connecting graduates across the university’s global network. He is an avid traveller, photographer, sports lover and foodie.
