In this subject, you will critically analyse theoretical leadership models, approaches and competencies to assess what is effective organisational leadership. The subject investigates responsible leadership, sustainable innovation and leading effective and ethical change. Working individually, and with other students, you will analyse leaders in contemporary practice, within the context of dynamic, challenging and often ambiguous organisational circumstances. In addition, you will reflect on your own practice as a responsible leader, assessing your strengths and areas in which you can be even more effective.

WorkShopWeek: 10 - 22
One 2.00 hours workshop per week on weekdays during the day from week 10 to week 22 and delivered via face-to-face.
Classes will be a two hour combined workshop format. It is expected that students will have completed one hour online prior to coming to class.

One 6.00 hours unscheduled online class per week on any day including weekend during the day from week 30 to week 35 and delivered via online.
Students undertake all of their work online over a 7 week period. It is recommended that students devote 5 hours per week to undertaking online work.
