As the new semester starts, all students are reminded to keep safe both on and off campus.
We’re used to online scams but it’s important to remember scammers can approach you in-person too. They may ask for your personal details, offer you work or offer ways to make money quickly.
Tips to keep safe
- Don’t give your private or personal information to people you don’t know
- Don’t meet or travel with strangers who make unusual offers
