ACT on Procrastination – Online Group Program

The secret of getting ahead is getting started.

Mark Twain

Do you find yourself:

  • Staring at your screen, unsure where to start?
  • Scrolling through social media, watching videos, cleaning the house or completing random tasks instead of tackling assignments or other important tasks?
  • Feeling overwhelmed by tasks and unsure how to proceed?

You’re not alone. Procrastination is a common challenge among students. The ACT on Procrastination program, offered by La Trobe’s Counselling team, is designed to help you overcome these hurdles – giving you practical tools to shift your mindset and to take action.

The program offers strategies to help you get motivated and work on overcoming procrastination.

What you will gain

In this three-session online program, you will:

  • Understand your personal procrastination patterns.
  • Learn strategies to boost motivation and take committed action
