University closure: Monday 26 January

The University will be closed for the 26 January public holiday and will reopen and operate as usual on Tuesday 27 January.

Graduate Research School

The Graduate Research School will be closed. Graduate researchers can access their candidature and scholarship details, candidature variation forms, milestone dates, and forms online via StudentOnLine. Help guides are available, or you can contact us and we’ll get back to you after the closure.

Health and Wellbeing

The La Trobe University Crisis Line will be available for onshore students in Australia. Call 1300 146 307, or text 0488 884 100. You can also visit the Health and Wellbeing resource hub for online resources. If you are studying at La Trobe as an offshore student, we can offer 24/7 support for short-term counselling and mental health support via our La Trobe Offshore Counselling Service. Please call +61 2 8905 0350 to make contact and book an appointment.

International Student Support

If you require emergency support, the 24-hour student support hotline is available. Call 1800 758 360 (if you’re outside Australia, call +61 2 8905 0973). If your enquiry is not urgent, Ask a Question online.

Library

All face-to-face services will be unavailable. The following campus libraries will be open:

  • Bendigo
  • Melbourne (Bundoora)
  • Mildura
  • Shepparton

The City Campus library will be closed.

Library Learning Services

Check out Library Learning Services Online, a single place in the LMS to find eLearning tools across La Trobe University. You can access self-paced learning activities when it suits you and from wherever you are. The Learning Hub Online brings together resources like Achieve@Uni, Studiosity and LinkedInLearning videos, along with specially designed resources.
