Meet our friendly ASK La Trobe Student Ambassadors who will be available to provide on-the-spot advice and guide you through La Trobe’s systems and processes, from finalising your enrolment to creating your timetable and everything in between.

Make sure your StudentOnLine account is activated so you can connect with staff and ensure you view the New Student Guide.

Bring your laptop: We have a limited number of self-help computers available – bring your own device so we can help you enrol, submit forms, build your timetable and answer any questions on the spot, also assist with bookmarking key systems so you are set to go!

We recommend registering for an online New to La Trobe: Essential Information Workshop.
Learn about subject selection, enrolment, academic skills and goal setting. Available until classes start and recommended for all students.
International students: Join International Student Support Sessions covering safe travel and settling in. Access sessions via the Orientation Planner.
