Lift upgrade works at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus are starting in late November.
Upgrade works will run from Monday 17 November to Friday 20 February 2026 in the following buildings:
The Learning Commons (TLC)
RL Reid (RLR) Building
Donald Whitehead (DW) (lift 2)
Physical Science 1 (PS1)
During this time, the lifts will not be operating and you may hear some intermittent noise from the works.
Stairwells will stay open.
If you need lift access during the works, the below alternative access options are available:
- TLC: Use LIMS2 and Jenny Graves link bridges on all levels
- RLR: Use Biological Sciences 1 (BS1) link bridge on all levels and LIMS1 link bridge for level 2
- DW (lift 2): Use The Martin (MAR) building on all levels
- PS1: Use Jenny Graves link bridge on level 2 and Beth Gleeson link bridge for levels 2 and 3
