The library at Bendigo campus will be undergoing essential maintenance between 8am—5pm Monday 2 February to Thursday 5 February. Some areas may experience periods of noise.
Where is the work happening?
Mezzanine Floor (between Levels 2 and 3) and the Level 3 library office.
Restoration works will be taking place following the recent roof gutter upgrade. This includes the removal of scaffolding, which may cause intermittent noise. This involves steel being cut with sabre saws, riveting and movement of a scissor lift to reach the upgrade areas.
What should you do if you’re in the library?
The noise is not expected to impact the whole of the Library so we recommend people disrupted by the noise on the Mezzanine or Level 3 to relocate to other parts of the Library as required. We ask that you remain safe and away from these areas while the work is being carried out.
