Feeling the pressure of final exams or need a moment to breathe and reset?

We warmly invite you to our De-Stress with Baduanjin: A Qigong Workshop. This free session offers a gentle introduction to Baduanjin Qigong – an ancient Chinese movement practice designed to reduce stress, improve focus and support your mental wellbeing.

No experience needed. Simply wear comfortable clothes and join us for some mindful movement and calm.
