To login to the Incident & Hazard Reporting system, please log in using the jbloggs portion of your jbloggs@ltu.edu.au username. Do not include the @ltu.edu.au portion. The password is your single sign on password.
When you submit an incident report, it is only shared with the person you nominate ??? for example, your immediate supervisor or manager, Head of School, or Program Coordinator. For sensitive reports, you may choose to nominate a member of the Health and Safety Team instead. The report will only be visible to the Sensitive Reports Team who will handle the matter with discretion and care.
