This subject will provide students with the knowledge and skills to (i) assist rehabilitation clients achieve optimal vocational outcomes and (b) advise employing organisations about the best way to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes within their employees In this subject, students will examine topics that include: (i) the psychology of work and unemployment; (ii) Occupational Rehabilitation: Systems and Practice; (iii) Workplace Disability Management; (iv) Vocational Assessment

05. Demonstrate and apply an awareness of the issues addressed by Workplace Disability Management research
06. Identity, explain and critique the nature, purposes and place of Vocational Assessment in the assessment of rehabilitation clients
