This subject provides you with individual, consumer and managerial understanding of consumer behaviour principles and theories. You will analyse psychological, socio-cultural, and situational factors influencing consumer decision-making process and the role of consumer behaviour in the development of effective marketing strategies.Throughout the subject, you will develop skillsĀ of relevanceĀ for understanding and managing consumer behaviour including problem solving, critical thinking, interpretation and analysis, and micro-blog writing.
