In this subject students consider the educational possibilities of using multimedia for learning through the exploration of range of multimedia materials. The aim in this subject is to build participants' confidence in using multimedia materials as well as their abilities to make principled decisions and evaluations of the use of multimedia within their various teaching and learning contexts.

Learning ActivitiesParticipating, collaborating and exploring ICT readings, lectures and workshops based on the elements of multimedia use in educational settings. Using a range of multimedia programs to develop presentations based on an ICT issue for the twenty first century. Students will experiment with a range of technologies applicable to potential learning and/or workplace environments
