Improving student success, satisfaction and retention requires strong academic leadership. In this subject, participants will have an opportunity to explore the ways in which educational leadership can enhance the quality of teaching, and the learning experience of students, in a unit or course of study. The subject covers the topics of: critical use of internal and external ranking data strategies and approaches to lead subject/course improvement critical self-reflection and development of leadership
