In this subject you will build upon foundation skills acquired in year one by developing skills in a simulated environment. You will learn how to obtain relevant intra oral radiographs, administer local anaesthesia, undertake non-complex restoration of primary and adult teeth and perform non-surgical periodontal instrumentation. You will use the skills and expertise in this subject to progress to clinical application at the beginning of year three.
