Subject outline
The subject comprises visits to Indonesian public and private companies, government agencies and major tourist destinations. Students will spend up to five days within an Indonesian university (business faculty) where they will engage in a number of classes on Indonesian business practices. Students will develop a joint business plan for the importing and/or exporting of a product or service to/from Indonesia. The subject will allow students to gain a better cross-cultural understanding of business practices and opportunities that exist with Australia's international neighbour.
