In this subject, you will build advanced knowledge and skills related to mental health conditions and collaborative planning. Although the focus for each student through this subject will vary slightly, you will develop cognitive and technical skills that demonstrate broad understanding of a body of knowledge and advanced understanding of underlying principles and theoretical concepts in mental health practice, including advocacy and talk based therapies The subject is delivered via a flexible online mode comprising learning modules via LMS and supported by appropriate clinical practicum.

Students undertake the equivalent of 75hours of clinical practicum throughout the semester.
