01. Analyse the physiological changes across the lifespan and the effects of exercise, including contraindications, during particular stages of growth and development.
02. Analyse the purpose, limitations, contraindications or considerations that may require the modification to exercise assessments and exercise programming.
03. Adapt the delivery of exercise programs after individual evaluation of needs, capacity and stage of the lifespan.
04. Critically analyse participants technique during exercise to interpret dysfunctional movement patterns and apply corrective strategies.
05. Apply and evaluate knowledge and skills in accordance with the professional scope of practice and in line with the charter and spirit of the code of professional conduct in a work context.
