In this subject you will be taught to further advance the theoretical knowledge, competencies and skills at the advanced coaching level. Specifically, you will be provided with an understanding of the high performance environment for athlete preparation and competition. The content and practical skills provided will include topics wider than traditional coaching and include short and long-term athlete planning, management of the high performance program, organisational culture and values, and leadership and communication styles for different stakeholders.
