This subject introduces you to multi-disciplinary (e.g., history, sociology, biology, psychology, public health, etc.) knowledge of human sexuality. Students will critically unpack 1) the historical development of social, cultural and political attitudes about human sexuality, 2) form and function elated to human sexuality, 3) psycho-social sexual development, and 4) current trends in sexual behaviour and related health outcomes e.g. Sexually Transmitted Infections.
