In this subject you will strategically plan the next five years of your physiotherapy career. You will reflect on your career options and preferences, and your personal and professional attributes to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your planned career direction. Core learning activities will explore leadership styles, strategic professional development, mentoring, and goal setting to facilitate the preparation of a personal career development plan. You will then commence your career development plan by identifying and completing 10 hours of relevant professional development activities.
