This subject provides intensive leadership training for members of Federal Parliament. Taught in three modules the program provides participants with knowledge and skills focused on 1) the context shaping the operations of Federal Parliament and parliamentarians; 2) ways of more effectively governing in a world of complex interdependence; and 3) individual qualities that can foster better leaders
