This subject will provide students with the knowledge and skills to (i) assist rehabilitation clients achieve optimal vocational outcomes and (b) advise employing organisations about the best way to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes within their employees In this subject, students will examine topics that include: (i) the psychology of work and unemployment; (ii) Occupational Rehabilitation: Systems and Practice; (iii) Workplace Disability Management; (iv) Vocational Assessment
