In this unit students will be introduced to a model of factors influencing the post-injury achievement of those with permanent impairments and the health promotion activities of those living with chronic ill-health conditions. Particular attention is paid to workplace factors as an influence on health and community health practices that support enhanced health status for those living with a permanent impairment or chronic condition.
