Building on your theoretical and practical understanding of screen production practices, you will work individually and collaboratively to produce a short form series. You will learn to engage with an on-line environment to analyse and ultimately contribute to the web (and/or other platforms) as screen content providers. You will devise and produce audio-visual material for continuous short form production. The aim of this subject is to produce creative, industry ready screen content producers, who have practical experience dealing with ethical issues, copyright, identifying and writing for target audiences and working to expectations and briefs. This subject may include fiction, non-fiction, drama, writing for the screen, performance. Previous outcomes from this subject, including the award winning series REAL, can be viewed at 'thereallab.com.'
