In Foundation of Logistics and Supply Chain Management you will be introduced to the theories and practices of logistics and supply chain management and their implications for strategic and operational business decisions. You will have the opportunity to use logistics and supply chain management concepts in a range of business contexts; basics concepts of logistics, transportation, automation, inventory management and delivery; introduction to supply chain management, procurement, supply chain configurations, and supply chain distribution network design. Working independently and working together with others, both online and face-to-face, you will learn about logistics and supply chain management through solving business problems, and develop the ethical, critical thinking, quantitative and interpersonal skills required to understand, analyse, and improve logistics and supply chain operations of businesses and add sustainable value to any organisation.
